- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing, brand, and safety standards
- Partner with school leadership to maintain excellence in programming and family experience
- Develop and uphold policies and procedures for consistent operational quality
- Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and administrative staff
- Conduct evaluations and support professional development
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and mission-aligned workplace culture
- Build strong relationships with families through clear, responsive communication
- Address parent concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Represent the school in outreach, partnerships, and enrollment initiatives
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and well-kept environment for children and staff
- Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills
- Oversee sanitation and health compliance across the facility
- Manage purchasing and inventory for classrooms, office, and meal program
- Coordinate with vendors and track spending to align with budget goals
- Oversee scheduling, time tracking, and payroll preparation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Promote a positive work environment built on trust and open communication
- Manage documentation and corrective actions in alignment with standards
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related field)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a school or business setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education and childcare regulations preferred
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting educational excellence
